What about technology makes you so interested? Who teaches you about new and different technology? Do you teach yourself?

What is your favorite use of technology that is used in the classroom and why?

What made you get into teaching?   What are some obstacles you have had to overcome as an educator?

Do we cover google drive in this class?  If not, can you recommend a resource for learning more about the capabilities of this tool for a teacher/student relationship?

Why were you interested in the education field?

How will we know our grades in the class? Will you be putting them on canvas, or just giving us our grade for each assignment?

Have you always had an interest in educational technology?/What made you decide to choose this as an area of expertise?

My first question I have for Dr. Shutkin is, what do you think is the most important skill to have when teaching young children? My second question is, what do you think is the most rewarding aspect about being a teacher?

If given a choice, would you prefer to use e-books or traditional books to teach children? Why?

Outside of teaching, what do you like to do in your free time?

How often should technology be used in the classroom by both the teacher and his/her students?

When should educators start teaching online safety to their students?
